The lower level has access to a separate shaded terrace, and contains a second kitchen and living room, and 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, two twins). The floors are autonomous but are connected via a staircase. Outside the garden offers great ocean views but also has sheltered areas near the pool in case of wind.

 Hospitality is available day or night for any information you may need, whilst there the lovely caretaker also leaves on a house in the estate and will look after you. We clean and change sheets twice weekly.

Neighborhood

Agrari is one of the quieter paets of the island, despite being super close to some of the most legendary beaches the island has to offer.

Transit

The property is 10 minutes drive from the airport and about 20 minutes drive from Mykonos town. A car is advisable.
